What Are the First Steps?
Mediation can help you regain control of your situation. Georgia Daniels listens carefully to identify your concerns and explains each step along the way toward your agreement. At the free consultation, you will receive her mini-booklet, “Creating A Soft Landing with Divorce Mediation”. Questions are welcome. Her “Mediation Road Map” explains the various stages of the mediation process.
Why Choose Georgia Daniels to Be Your Mediator?
Georgia is a retired teacher as well as a retired lawyer; she still “teaches” as she gently shows you how to reach agreements that will best serve the unique circumstances of your family. She has mediated with hundreds of families since opening her office in Pasadena in 2006.
The Academy of Professional Family Mediators certifies a select group of mediators. Georgia Daniels has earned the “Certified Advanced Practitioner” designation, which requires high ethical standards and continuing education to keep current with new developments in the field. She chooses to keep her fees in the “affordable” range to serve middle-income families.
Although Georgia is not a California attorney, she is a Legal Document Assistant who can prepare court documents for your signature so that you never need to go to court.
Please see the “Documents” page for more information.
Our office is in an historic Green-and-Green building in downtown Pasadena, with free on-site parking.
